Commercial Collections Outsourcing, Done From Mexico
We recover what your business customers owe you, acting on your behalf, not as a replacement for your relationship with them. We manage the account; the account stays yours.
- We manage accounts; we don't purchase receivables
- Business-to-business collections, on your behalf
- A few time zones from the US
What we do
Collections outsourcing for business-to-business accounts
Accounts receivable outsourcing means we contact your customer, negotiate a payment, record every promise, and follow up until it's kept, all on your behalf. The account stays yours, and so does the relationship with your customer.
We work the early stages of a past-due account first: a courtesy reminder before it's late, a call in the first days of delinquency, and a negotiated plan when a case has aged further. When an account needs legal action, we hand it off before it gets there, within your policy.
We do not buy past-due receivables, and we do not take on consumer debt collection in the US on a client's behalf: collection licensing for that work varies by state, and that is outside what we offer today. What we do is commercial, business-to-business collections management.
In Mexico, we are active members of APCOB (Asociación de Profesionales en Cobranza y Servicios Jurídicos), which brings together collections and legal services firms.

Want to review your receivables?
In a short call, we look at how your past-due accounts break down by age before suggesting anything.
What you see
Reporting on every account, not just the total collected
You see how your receivables are moving while we work them, not only at the end of the month.
- Delinquency curves by segmentHow each group of accounts behaves, by when the balance was opened.
- Roll rateHow many accounts move from one past-due range to the next, month over month.
- Contact rateHow many of your customers we reach, and through which channel.
- Promise-to-pay complianceHow many payment promises are kept on the date agreed.
- Amount recoveredA running total, tracked daily, not only at close.
How we prioritize
Not every account gets the same approach
From the first contact, we score how an account is likely to behave: tone, evasive answers, inconsistencies, and how engaged your customer is with the account. That score, together with how far past due the account is, decides who we call first and with what approach.
We test one approach against another on similar groups of accounts (a script, a channel, or a time of day) and keep what collects better. It's an ongoing process, not a one-time setup.

What companies ask about collections outsourcing
Do you purchase past-due receivables?
No. We manage the account on your behalf; it stays yours.
Do you collect consumer debt in the US?
No. We work commercial, business-to-business accounts. Consumer debt collection in the US requires licensing that varies by state, and that is outside what we offer today.
Do you belong to a collections association?
Yes. We are active members of APCOB, the Asociación de Profesionales en Cobranza y Servicios Jurídicos in Mexico.
What happens when an account needs legal action?
We hand it off within your policy before it reaches that point. We don't take accounts to court.
What happens after I submit the form?
Someone from our team reaches out to set up a call. We review your receivables before proposing anything.
